Had a nice walk with hubby tonight walked about 1 1/2 miles hoping to go walking everyday this week and next time walk 2 miles and eventually 4. Hopefully our princess will be here by Sunday. Fingers crossed🙏

I've lost over 100 lbs by walking 4 miles a day and now I'm pregnant. I know it is expected that I'll gain a few pounds, but do you ladies think walking 4 miles is excessive now?

@mrsrose, yes girl I'm in so much pain legs and feet throbbing still no contraction tho soon hopefully not giving up just yet

Good luck boo . Don't worry about the signs of labor you don't need them to go into labor . I wasn't dilated at all nor having any contractions before going into labor . I just put the blue started having contractions 3/4 mins apart . So keep faith she'll be here before you know it . @desi720

Yea it is up to her they can be stubborn !! Just walk a lot try light exercise and keep throwing it back for hubby so you can have an smooth labor @desi720
