you don't want them to hard or sore. try oatmeal if you want, but growth spurts make it seem like there is nothing left for them. they don't empty and then take a certain amount of time to fill. they are constantly making milk, just trying to regulate to what your baby need.

No it isn't. Don't pump. A pump is not as efficient as a baby. Your baby will get more. Sof ft breasts are good, that means your suppl is regulating to what baby needs.
Pumping will never get as much as baby does also your milk could be leveling out. Also she could be going through a growth spurt which means she'll nurse a ton! And you want that!
Maybe it just hasn't fully came in, just keep trying to Feed and pump what you can
cuz when my milk came in my boobs woud hurt & would feel hott & when i would massage milk would come out now theyre all soft & i try to pump a little to check if theres anything in there & like the littest drop will come out 😪 my daughter isnt even 2 weeks old is it even possibe for my milk to be gone ?! :o @meagansimone @santistevanmommie @jenny_20 @kramerelizabeth1996
There is no reasn to supplement tl 2/3 weeks is one of the biggest growth spurts. You're doing fine.
goats milk is nowhere near close to human milk. that is a lie. soft breasts are working breasts.
Here's the thing fenugreek can actually cause you to dry up. I know it's recommended by a lot of people but it can dry you up. Try things like oatmeal and flax seed. Oatmeal cookies always boost my supply
make sure you are eating a lot. 3 meals plus snacks. drink fluids.
