Anyone on here really into fitness? I am all about staying fit during this pregnancy, but i like to keep things interesting. Anyone have any suggestions?
Classes. I practiced regular yoga for years pre-pregnancy. There are tons of DVDs though!
I did regular yoga up until 36 weeks. Prenatal 35 weeks until I had my son at 38 weeks. :)
Any suggestions on a good yoga DVDs for pregnancy? I was looking into getting started. I was going to a tae kwon do cardio class before, but it I can't start that again until after baby.
