@mrscruz0530, same. I take stool softener like candy because if I don't it hurts 😖
@jennerfay Well, you could try to cut out all animal products for a while because they don't digest well in the human body. It might help.

I way fiber AND take fiber supplements every night @miicat
They tried giving my stool softeners in the hospital but I took them the entire pregnancy so it wasn't cutting it. And about the shapes @samijoy oh lord they're HUGE when I finally go. Ugh!!
it's just sooooo painful and tmi but comes out in the worst shapes possible which makes it harder to come out I need to start taking stool softeners or something lmao
@mrscruz0530, it's awful lol. Plus I got a really bad hemorrhoid following birth so it's made it even worse! Laxatives have become my best friend, but even then it's still difficult!!
I'm almost 11 weeks pp and I still don't poop normally I dread having to go !!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
OMG YESS!!! I'm 8 weeks PP and still holding in my poop because I'm so scared of the pain I have to endure to go to the bathroom 🤕😔💩
