This situation is eating me alive....I really wanna break down

I don’t go to therapy until tomorrow but this situation is still bothering me and I really need someone to talk to....I just feel so alone

I’m going to therapy for all of this stuff that’s going on between me and my son’s dad. Some good news is I finally moved into my own place and it’s bittersweet. I love my place and finally having the freedom that I always wanted for me and my son....but I’m so alone...I feel lonely and being a single mom is so hard....I do everything for my son alone....I just don’t get how he’s living with himself choosing a woman over us....we have this nice apartment and I’m happy but I just want this feelin...

My son’s birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I’m planning his party. I’m questioning weather or not I should invite his dad. So communicating with Si’s dad is literally hurting and draining me to the point where it hurts. I can’t eat, I barely sleep, and I cry all day....I’m thinking of proposing just cutting all communication with him and if he wants to see Josiah or wants to do something for him he can communicate it with my lawyer and my lawyer can communicate it with me....I’m hurting so bad I don’t even wanna look at him anymore and this is disturbing my peace of mind...am I wrong for this?
