Ok ladies I need some opinions! Anyone who has used the mothers milk tea does it really increase ur supply? When I first had my son I was pumping almost 20 ounces at a time. Then the dr wanted me to alternate with breast milk and formula to help him gain weight. And with being a new mom at first I was struggling to have time to pump n now my supply has decreased to where I'm only pumping about 5-8 ounces a pumping session. I was considering buying some mothers milk tea to increase my supply but before I went n spent the money I wanted to get some opinions from mothers who have actually used it. TIA! 😊.

@pregomego, what recipe do u use for the lactation cookies?
I've tried it but very lazily like a cup here and there and I think you are supposed to drink like 5 cups a day or something crazy and I hate tea 😢
I have some but have never used it, I took honest company Lactation Plus (a pill) for like a week and it helped. I only needed to pump for a little bit though
I drank 2 cups and 24 hours later my supply increased! I started to drink it just because it was good but I had to stop because I was overproducing and started to have a forceful letdown soooo in other words it works lol
Idk if it works. I tried it once and thought it tasted disgusting. It has anise in it so it tasted like black licorice. Not for me. I do however make large batches of lactation cookies and try to eat one a day and it has kept my supply up. The amount I pump fluctuates but it's better when I remember the cookies.
