Hello fellow breast feeding mommas, What have y’all used to increase your milk supply besides pumping frequently and nursing & the mothers milk tea or those gross lactation bars ?

@jasminecrystel, lol I was in your boat and I was so worried ! But ur stash will help you tremendously! And plus what u pump just continue adding to ur stash, and whoever watches ur baby tell them how much to feed them, u will be fine lol it’s stressful breastfeeding is so hard but rewarding ❤️

@jellybeans_mumm, yeah that’s true I’m just a worry wart lol n mind i i don’t go back till May lol I’m just tryna prepare he’s the only one out of my 3 kids that doesn’t drink formula at all so I’m like totally freaking out lol but ur right thank you for easing my mind

@jasminecrystel, I would pump on break and lunch and my boss understood so if I needed to he would let me , so I would pump for 15 mins at least 4-5 oz then lunch u will be fine I promise I worried just like u did like omg I don’t have enough supply , but when u get home u will nurse to keep up ur supply

@jellybeans_mumm, yes i have a lot in the freezer but my jobs so hectic i wouldn’t b able to get comfortable enough to pump in the amount of time i would have to do such

@jasminecrystel, I felt the same way but believe me you will be fine my baby will still have a bottle almost two when I got off I would pump at work and that would be the milk for the next day plus I had some saved in freezer

@jellybeans_mumm, i know ima need to produce more cause i have to go back to work soon well in 12 weeks 😂and he hates formula it’s driving me crazy lol

@roguemommyofjx3, yes! I didn’t do nothing special .. it’s just nurse nurse nurse which drains us moms lol

What age did you start giving your kids flavored milk?
Whole milk vs organic milk? Which is better?
Is soy formula milk better than enfamil formula (cows milk)? Im trying to be vegetarian and dont want my 3 month old drinking cows milk anymore. Would it be okay to switch??
So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
