If the neighbors are assholes they could have given him antifreeze in dog food....this tastes sweet to dogs but it's poison. It will cause the insides to start shutting down. If that happens you need to take him to the vet ASAP. Watch for low energy no eating and sluggish behavior

if you're tight on money call around to vets offices some may be willing to work with you. My pup was doing the same thing but turned out she was just really constipated and it was making her sick.

my puppy did the same thing if he's drinking water that's great , try seeing if he will at least take plain crackers , I hope he just has a bad tummy ache , has be been trying to eat grass ?? and try taking him in the front yard , after a week my puppy was OK we think my neighbors had something to do with it as well
