so I need some easy stretches. my back is so sore. I can barely move my whole body. I tried squatting and almost fell over. my bones are so stiff. I don't do a whole lot cuz I am always nursing her or folding clothes. I'm pretty much stationary. I try to stand most of the time but my body gets tired. help me please. I'm in dire need.
The cat cow, the single leg over, the child's pose, upward facing dog..there are a lot of stretches you can do to help strengthen and stretch your back. Yoga seems to be the best avenue of finding them.
