Ladies, this is about to be my first time having a baby. Any tips on breathing techniques or just tips in general on how to have a smoother induction?

I was induced and it's really not as bad as I thought. It was basically a walk in the park, but you keep walking into stuff 😂 I was in labor for 26 hours before they gave me an emergency c-section. I would say have your SO there if you have one, or a best friend or someone you're close to so you can talk to them and hold their hand, maybe bring some music, ask if you can take a shower or a bath if you need to, and the epidural feels awesome. I didn't get mine until I was 4cm dilated but I could've went longer, I just didn't want to miss my window for getting one and having it work. Also, it's not as bad as you would think when they're giving it to you. Just take slow, deep breaths.
