I would keep the ice on it for now to reduce the swelling and pull the heat towards the surface. Once it calms down the aloe may help! Burns are the worst. I get them often glassblowing. Burn cream is my friend. 😂
You definitely might have to just go get something for it. You must've gotten yourself really good! Neosporin helped me out once when I didn't have any burn cream but if it's that bad I don't want to recommend that. ☹
