TMI: So I got my period this morning at 8:00am. I have filled 4 tampons. I have never had this much matter in my blood before. Back on the 21st of April I went to urgent care with SEVERE shooting pains in my lower right side of my stomach..... The dr. Thought it might be my appendix but I didn't want to chance the radiation just in case I was pregnant so I opted for a sonogram and nothing seemed out of sorts. She said it could have been a cyst that burst and that would explain the pain. She said if the pain became worse then I should go to the hospital. After that day I was a bit sore in that area, but that was all. Today, I got my period two days late, and I am wondering if the excessive amount of matter that is coming out with my period could maybe be a miscarriage (which would make me happy, because it would atleast prove I could get pregnant at some point) or if it could have something to do with the potential bursting cyst? Has anyone heard of this?

When you have a miscarriage there is huge clots in the blood. When I miscarried I had clots the size of golf balls and bigger. I was in so much pain I couldn't even walk. I was bleeding through overnight pads within 1 hour or less the same for super tampons.
