I'm a brat sooo I'd tell him had the cat before you and I'll have it after you if needed. If he didn't say something before than its his problem. He can take some allergy meds and deal.
he can get medicine to help with the allergy of the animal
And would you suffer with having to give the cat up? I don't know how you feel, but if I had to give up my puppy, I'd literally be in tears and sobbing lol

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. yeah, no way would I give up any pet. he can take some meds and deal. taking a Claritin a day is NOT suffering, I would equate it to when we take birth control every day to not get pregnant. he will be just fine.
