while breastfeeding u don't get ur period as u cannot conceive while breastfeeding it's a chemical reaction in the brain that prevents periods while breastfeeding.

there is a flaw in ypur logic.. it is possible to get pregnant while breastfeeding. there are several mom's on this app that are breastfeeding a child while expecting a baby. breastfeeding is not garenteed contriceptive.

I can prove that post wrong @alexis_k bc i got pregnant while breastfeeding my daughter. I got pregnant when my daughter was about 9- 10months old.

also I hear from my friends and family members that womens CAN get pregnant while breastfeeding.

yes, you can get pregnant while breastfeeding. a co-worker of mine is pregnant right now and she breastfeeds

that breastfeeding rule only applys for the first 6 months & if you are exclusively breastfeeding night & day. the problem with it is you don't know when you will ovulate again which is usually when females get pregnant. @alexis_k @tinushja84 my mother got pregnant with my brother when I was 6 months old & she was exclusively breastfeeding me.

My menstrual cycle did not start until my baby was weaned... The longest was two years(let's see how long lo goes this time). My mom got pregnant while exclusively breastfeeding, so it's possible just hasn't happened with me.
