If I put a pillow under my backside should it be okay to sleep on my back? I always end up on my back anyways .
I'm 29 weeks and can still do it comfortably...my doctor said as long as I'm comfortable then it's no harm to baby
Sleeping on your back is fine , that's all I've done my entire pregnancy. My ob says as long as me and baby are comfy. Lol
I sleep on my back all the time. back sleeping is perfectly fine. just as long as you're comfortable and not squashing baby
If you are slanted in an upright sitting position (not that much though) you should be ok. As long as you aren't directly putting pressure on the vena cava
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I still sleep on my back ... mostly because I have to sleep propped up because of my acid reflux ... but I just lean my legs and belly to one side against my body pillow ...
