The hospital is forcing breastfeeding. My baby is not eating. When he tries to latch, he just sleeps. So when she leaves the room, I make my own bottle and he eats perfectly.

@mjsaunders, oh wow...that's not right.well I'm glad to hear u give him bottles when they leave...if the baby doesn't like being breastfeed...don't force...my girls never liked being breastfed...so I stopped and fed them bottles...I'm sorry they are doing that...when u leave that hospital..I will be relieved so u can do things on ur own instead of them telling u what to do...cuz that's just wrong.
It's best for him to eat. And yes. They just keep forcing him onto the nipple. @jennie825
they want what's best for baby...but they shouldn't be breastfeeding...did u tell them u don't the baby to breastfeed...cuz under ur consent they can't force that what I remember before.
@jennie825, he just doesn't latch or eat well and I'm not going to make my baby starve because "breast is best" and yes. We are going to keep practicing when we are home and in a comfortable environment.
