anybody want a breast pump. completely brand new still in the box, just had it dropped off at the door half an hour ago.... wanted to breast feed but I'm not ...I'll let it go for $150

What pacifier, binky, thati or whatever you want to call it is best for breast feeding babies? Or do they prefer you don't use one?
