I need help! I can't keep any water down. As soon as I drink some it comes back up. Any advice on how to get hydrated???

I'm sorry. For 8 weeks I only drank Gatorade because I could not handle water. Try an iv!

Pedialyte. Drink a little at a time it's easier to keep down than water and it has everything in it to keep you hydrated until you can keep it down.

Ginger ale. Canada Dry worked best for me. And Gatorade ice cubes

I just had this problem. I ended up having to call my ob and he sent me to the hospital to get iv fluids because I couldn't eat or drink anything

Try some Gatorade my doctor told me to even drink some soda when that happens I've had all day sickness my whole pregnancy

I had to take the safe antinausea pills to be able to function and eat and drink so you may need to consider that
