have you tried crushing up iron pills and mixing them with applesauce. that's what my aunt had to do for her daughter

talk to your ob they can prescribed what you need, but mine recommended taking children's vitamins if I couldn't take prenatals, I tried the gel caps and the gummies, I just have an intolerance, but now all I take is folic acid pills.

I take the flinstone vitamins. I've taken them the whole pregnancy. They r chewable and taste really good

I take the gummies and my iron pill. It's from wal mart and its not big at all . Like the size of a birth control

Do you take your prenatals?? I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!
