In general. I learned about the side effects when researching the tea. It made me and my baby have stomach troubles. Smh I hate that it's usually the first thing recommended when it can actually be harmful.

Thanks for posting this. I was looking on Amazon to buy fenugreek and all these moms were posting pictures of the warning labels on the bottles. I spoke with someone at buy buy baby today as well and she said like anything there are all kinds of variations they claim to be fenugreek and so it is very important to do full research on the brand that you are purchasing… I decided not to try it
