I don't know but rent in certain areas of Louisiana where I'm from is cheap like that but also the pay sucks ass here..

Missouri rent for apartments and such are cheap like that depending on the quality of it lol @joblack @jayyshantae

@joblack, here govt housing goes by income so it can be that cheap.

riiiight same here in Louisiana, you get what you pay for.

it's crazy because when I was working part time at family dollar, I applied for an apartment and my rent was almost $500 when I only made 7.25 an hour. good thing my daughters dad had a job that paid him very well. I would have been homeless.

lol that's what I'm saying , we have a 4 bedroom house with a finished basement & 2 & a half bathrooms for 850$ and its nice , nice neighborhood and everything ! I couldn't live in Cali @cubanese @joblack

wow! I'm shocked at $475 in rent. I'm about to rent my sisters house 2bedroom 1bathroom for $230 but nothing is included. for me that's expensive especially since I have no funds, no jobs, no help, nothing. if you're able to live and pay for expenses, be grateful.. but I understand what y'all are saying
