does pumped breast milk have the same affect as straight from breasts?

I want thoughts on exclusive pumping then bottle feeding.
I wanted so much to breastfeed my daughter, but she wouldn't stay awake. I had all different nurses trying to wake her to eat, but she wouldn't. When she finally would wake she wouldn't keep a latch. I was told my nipples might be to big for her mouth. They are close to a a sizable of a quarter round.

if a piece of the placenta is left in you, Can that affect your milk supply?

Has any other moms had issues with their cervix way far back? My baby was head down and low, but cervix was top far back to tell anything. when my water finally broke I was still just one cm, and they put me on poticion to try and help progress me. After 5 hours I was still at 1 cm and doctor told me I needed a c section.

I think my water just broke, but there was no gush just like period trickles . I've one had like 3 bad contractions, but it's more so my back that is hurting.

I keep getting told having diarrhea is a sign of oncoming labor. Past three evenings and threw the nights I've had it, and tonight my body is like let's add lots of gas as well. Contractions came back strong today but not consistent.. I'm so ready to meet my baby, this pregnancy had been miserable.

Still no baby yet.. been losing pieces of mucus plug all day after having membrane stripped , after a night of bowl movements last night. No constant contractions yet. My daughter's birthday party is tomorrow, and my husband is working night shift tonight. I'm worried I'm going to go into labor tonight and with no way to get ahold of him...

Okay went to my obgyn for heart flutters today, and she stripped my membrane. Well almost 20 hours later I've lost my plug. I've been up every two hours to pee the last 8 hours and having frequent bowl movements. Any thoughts I might go into labor soon???laying in tub now to try and relax since I m not getting sleep.

Burning nipple. I had to go to doctor today over my heart racing, she gave me something to control it. took maybe 30 mins ago and now nipples feel like they are on fire!!
