woke up nauseated and still haven't tested scared of results BFP or BFN .. my period was due on 4/20 it came and was over by 4/21 ..... should I test now or wait til next week? .. anxious scared excited all in one

They detected abnormal cells in my pap smear and doing ferther testing this Friday I'm scared I know I have hpv and it didnt clear up in a year will I die now ?
