When your baby is sleeping through the night but you wake up engorged and in pain that you have to pump for relief....I ended up pumping 2- 4 oz bottles and a little extra.
I don't think you need to pump every night but I went like 2 months without pumping 😕
@sev1226 thanks for commenting. I'm glad you mentioned this because sometimes I'm tempted to just sleep through it so this was a great reminder for me.
My biggest regret is not keeping up with pumping once my lo started sleeping through the night... I didn't realize missing those night feedings would cause my milk to re-regulate and decrease. It's been a challenge to get it back and I still don't think I produce like I did.
calling all mommies who are breast feeding or excessively pumping .. how did you all do it ?? I know some people pump right in the hospital day 1 !! I know my hospitals here allows you to pump from day 1 and breast feed at the same time they just give you a breast consultant to explain and show you how so you don’t mess up and get a over supply to soon . Some people only breast feed for awhile than pump 1/2 later . Some only pump period ... what’s your method and how successful are you ?? And ho...
pumping is a tough job -____- hope linn g do you mommies pump for? ??
Did anybody exclusively pump? Did you eventually dry up?
Moms, if you breastfeed and have littes who sleep 6 to 7 hours, do you get up and pump inbetween, or not?
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
