I call my ob/gyn and they turned me down. Said it wasn't PPD because it's already been 8 months. They told me to call my primary care provider but I don't have one... this is just getting worse and worse....

I would try seeing another OB/GYN Doctor, but if you can't see one then a general doctor could help as well.

Bullshit. There have been cases of pp depression that have started even at a year after baby was born. See if you can get a second opinion
