I'm so frustrated! I'm past my due date and I'm getting more and more uncomfortable. Just left the Obgyn and I'm not dilated at all!!!! they set an induction date for Sunday night which seems like a million miles away. I really don't want to be induced but at this rate l don't see her coming on her own 😞

Walk walk and walk!! I did it for me I started getting contractions during my walk and my water broke that night l

Pumping can bring on extremely painful contractions that can put stress on the baby..trust me I've been doing my research too lol!. @kellyl22

And I've seen on here today that pumping your breast milk can induce labor as well

Looks up pressure points to start labor. I've read that pressing in the space between your finger and thumb can induce labor

It's like being in limbo! I've tried everything- walking, sex, pineapples, spicy food and exercise ball! I started crying so bad when she told me I wasn't dilated!

I feel like I'm gonna be the same way 39 weeks and no signs of labor not dilated at all ugh
