So my son is 5 years old and he's very behind on knowing his ABC's and numbers and also writing his name. I don't know what to do because he starts kinder next month.
I know you can't see fully what he said but this is someone who wants to rent his apartment to us. Yet he refers to it as. A house several times. Also the address he sent shows not so nice apartments but the pic (one of them) shows a full kitchen and you can see a backyard out the door. He says his family relocated to Georgia and will be gone 6 years. Is this odd to y'all. I'm thinking it's a scam. Also I have stated I need to meet in person and see the property first. He still hasn't replied.
Does a landlord have to let me know she came into my apartment when I wasn't there?
If you was in my shoes fighting for your son to see his dad which next step would you take A)try going to his apartment B) serve him with papers

mmm. red flag. he should be a bit more independent. especially with a little one coming. how you gonna care for your baby if youre asking mommy for your bills to be paid?
