Hello ladies, I need some advice. I have been nursing my 3 week old baby girl and for the past week I've had an overactive flow, where my precious girl chokes, cries, and scream like you wouldn't believe. I've tried different positions, like laying flat on my back to go against gravity, I tried releasing the letdown on a towel then nursing her but it doesn't work. I've tried pumping for a few minutes then nursing her and it works for a few minutes but then she gets upset. Has anyone experienced this? Is there something I can do to make nursing more pleasant for her. Worried she is going to go on a nursing strike. 🙁
this happened to me with my son. i was over producing which is why i had a heavy let down. i stopped pumping & switched some feedings with milk i had frozen for about 2 or 3 days. i stopped when i noticed he was no longer crying. just be careful not to let your supply drop too much. 3 dayz max! once my son got older & was able to handle the let down i started power pumping again so he had milk to drink while i was at work.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
My baby does the choke then cry thing. When I am feeding her I listen for her breathing to change then I pull her away, stretch out the nipple, she will let go of it becomes too much.
