spend freakin 45 minutes pumping. and I barely even get 20 ml. this is seriously BULLSHIT. yet 3 weeks ago I was pumping 2 of these 4 ounce bottles at a damn time! and I swear to god nothing that I'm supposed to be doing is working. hot compressions don't work, eating all the extra calories I should won't work, massage doesn't work, fenugreek isn't working, multivitamins aren't working. drinking 12 bottles of water a day isn't working. im about to say fuck it and switch Xayden to formula for good. I obviously can't produce milk anymore.

I would check and make sure your pump isn't going bad. I know with madela pumps you have to change the membranes or they don't suck at all. but honestly, it may be stress killing your supply. there's no shame in switching to formula if that's what you need to get YOU healthy again. a fed baby is best.
@momma1108, yes we do skin to skin. but it's not working.
@gypsy.soul2, yes :/ and I've even hard reset my pump. and I'm doing everything from massaging while I pump and In between each breast, and expressing.
@missytoyou, I can't breast feed. my son won't latch because of his stay at the NICU. he will fuss at the breast. no matter how much I try to get him used to it. so I have no choice but to pump and bottle feed him.
Do you do skin to skin with your baby? It's suppose to help. I was doing so well in the beginning then had to go to formula after a month because I couldn't match the amount my son was needing
Try Mama's milk tea or recipes to help your milk to keep flowing.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I had the same problem this week then I have been drinking green tea and bam im back not100% but getting there. don't give up I know its frustrating
