Okay this is so weird but I have to see if I'm be only one, but I went pee and it smelled "sweet" like "fruity" idk how to explain anymore but is that something I should be worried about!?

Definitely let your doc know. It could be a sign of Gestational Diabetes.

Your sugar could be high!! My husband is diabetic and when his sugar is super high his pee smells fruity and sometimes his breathe to.. Sometimes it makes us have to take him to hospital

my pee always smells like cinnamon sugar. so sweet. I have gestational diabetes and on insulin. i would def talk to your dr about it.
