I am so MAD right now!! I have gone home sick 5 days in 2 weeks from work, because of recurring vertigo and long lasting dizzy spells. they make me sick to my stomach. I HATE not being able to work, but I have to take care of myself and my baby. so my doctor filled out fmla paperwork stating I could only work 4 hours a day, the paperwork protects me from losing my job, but my work is not happy. well, my dizzy spells hit in the afternoon, so it was assumed I would work 9am to 1pm every day... now hr is telling me that, since my doctor didn't specify, they want me to work in the afternoon instead, because that is what works best for them... WHAT. THE. HELL?!? yeah, that will work out GREAT for everyone involved!! I will just keep almost passing out at work, puking in the public restroom, and then going home sick. they are either trying to make me quit, or trying to get an excuse to fire me around fmla rules. well SCREW THEM, that's what I think. if I didn't need to work, I would tell them right where they can SHOVE IT!!!
