Ok ladies got a little feed back yesterday but I'd love to hear your experiences! I'm a ftm due with our baby girl in August since we found out that we were FINALLY prego I've been stressing about breastfeeding vs formula feeding. I try to stay as natural as possible but am concerned with the fact that I will be working 3 days a week after baby comes so I won't have a whole lot of time for pumping during the day on those 3 days. I have done research but come from a formula fed family so have no experience with breastfeeding. What option did you ladies choose and why? Any tips and advice would be so appreciated! ❤️👶🏻

it could work. that makes sense. I'd suggest trying for twice if you can only because when i went back my supply dropped a little at first but once i started pumping twice it helped it back up. um also bring pictures or videos of baby with you it helps to look at while you pump. something that smells like baby helps too.

Awesome! So I work 9-5 and if like to pump just once like during my lunch hour do you think that makes sense?

I sometimes work 5 or 6 days a week & have been successfully breastfeeding for 6 months. i pump every 5 hours at work & feed on demand when I'm home with my son. feeling on demand has helped my supply stay up & i drink a lot of water.
