Lookin pretty shitty 😂😂 ever felt like something is swollen shut? My eyes feel like they're swollen OPEN & I can't sleep at all. This induction is overwhelmingly tiring
Dang! That's crazy. I'm limiting cervix checks until I get the pitocin which will be given at 6am.. I'm just having contractions from the cervix thinning meds so far! They've been pretty intense but I dunno. They could be worse.. I feel like I'm gonna wait to get checked again. Then maybe get an epidural whenever my doctor suggests so I don't miss my opportunity @anmarie1
Lol I'm trying to have plans! It'll get bad & then contractions just calm down out of no where but I haven't even gotten pitocin or however you spell it. Just three doses of the cervix thinning meds @carterclaytonb
Don't wait to long for the epidural I said I was going to get it at a 6 and I went 4 to 10 in 25 mins and I was induced it takes long but worth it I was induced at 6am on a Friday and had her 1:32am on Saturday I was stuck at a 4 for the longest time but you can do it best of luck during labor and recovery congrats
Thank you so much for the advice. I truly appreciate it. I really just want to pain manage for as long as I can & I'll probably your tips at some point or another! Right now popcicles have been my coping skill 😂😂 gotta formulate new plans @carterclaytonb
Cold washcloths really helped me in my labor both times. And a dark or dimly lit room. And breathing deep In Your chest through them and make low moaning noises. Really helped me.
Thank you!! @carterclaytonb yeah I'm allowed epidural whenever my pain is too much or whatever, contractions have started but I'm just trying to pain manage myself until I feel that I really need it. It's going great so far! Wish I could force myself to sleep lol
My natural labor hurt way worse than my induction. It is tiring but you'll do great! And you can get an epidural if you choose to with induction. Good luck mamma!!
