Moms with experience ... Woke up today and my boobs hurt bad. They are big , swollen and lumpy😞 is this normal ??? They feel like I have rocks in them
Clogged milk ducts hurt like :#%*£. If you don't plan on pumping or breast feeding leave your boobs alone. Or they will keep filling up and hurting
You can but if she's not hungry or you still have milk left you may have to because what you don't want is a blocked duct.
yes you can but to me it hurts more because my son sucks really hard and my nipples are cracked so i rather pump
You gotta train those nipples and make them tougher. Run your nipples don't let them run you lol
Can I just have her suck from me because it's painful but it hurts less then the pump @jessica0830 @lovelycin09
Have her latch girl! if you're too swollen, hand express some out or take a hot shower. If its hurting to pump try turning down your suction cause it shouldn't hurt! The first week of breastfeeding is the hardest but if you can make it through that then its smooth sailing. ☺☺
if it hurts and its lumpy you definitely have milk i know it hurts really bad that's how i be but i still pump it i continue even in pain i almost cry because of it i stop for couple of mins and start again all the time you'll feel much better afterwards my son is only 5 days old our body has to get used to it.
@k.haotic, it's gonna hurt lol. Just know in about 2 weeks you won't feel a thing but you have to get through it because if you don't when the 2 weeks are up and you want to feed her your supply won't be there.
@jessica0830, I'm scared to pump cause it hurts. I'm not good with pain
@lovelycin09, I want to breastfeed her but I'm scared now. And I tried to pump once . Maybe like 2 days ago but I didn't have milk yet . It hurts when I pump! So bad . So what should I do? @lovelycin09 @jaydensmother @smileymommy
Yup feed baby and if they're still hard or baby isn't hungry just pump. It's actually a good thing. It means you have a good milk supply for baby.
happens to me every single day im breast feeding so every time i don't pump it it hurts soo freaking bad sometimes i cant even move my arm because of the pain but once i pump it feels much better the lumpiness and pain and swollen goes away. makes me not want to breast feed anymore
If you apply warm water to your Breast you might be even more creeped out when it squirts out everywhere lol that happened to me
it goes away! after your body gets a stable supply they feel normal again.
That's how it feels, do what you think is best for your baby ❤️ @k.haotic
@_stephanie.g, @jaydensmother OMG I'm creeped out . I don't even want to breast feed any more 😭😞 this is crazy
yup,you need to nurse or pump. your milk mostly likely came in. a warm shower and massage will also help
Maybe your milk is starting to come if it hasn't came in yet @k.haotic
pumping out its the best option
