I'll definitely be paying attention to my hands! My blood pressure was fine last Wednesday when I went to the doctors, and I have another appointment this Wednesday.. So we'll see then.

My hands and fingers especially got swollen and my legs and feet became swollen at 34 weeks and at 34 weeks 5 days I was diagnosed with preeclampsia because I also had high blood pressure. So it's normal to an extent depends on where.

Swelling in your feet and ankles in normal, mine get swollen just from standing but I would keep an eye on your hands. If they get swollen again I would tell your doctor asap, especially if they swell up fast.

Mostly feet and ankles. i was sitting for like an hour or 2 then realized my left hand had swelled and my feet and ankles were the worst they've ever been. So I decided to lay down and put my feet up. They swelling in my hand is gone, and my feet and ankles are a little better. I haven't been watching my weight..

Yes swelling is normal in the last month. But depends how much and where.

Swelling is normal, but some things are signs of issues. Where are you swelling at? And have you been gaining slowly or have you gained lots of weight within a short amount of time?
