Ok so I now have a birthing ball! What should I be doing with it? I sit on it and have a wee bounce 😂🎾 but is there anything that I should be doing with it??
Figure of 8's with the hips, rolling back and forth, hands and knees lent over ball going back and forth, pregnancy yoga!x
I'm not very sure @babyrooke I only got mine at 37 weeks but I think others have purchased much sooner?! Xx
no problem ☺ I've got my ball up, it really helps. when baby moves down it will help, I know when my baby moves down as I can feel it @angie87
Thanks @baby-2016 that's helpful as I still feel very high up and hope if baby moves down a bit it may help breathing/nausea/heartburn!
what @winterbaby95 says circle your hips, it also helps baby move further down @angie87 x
@angie87 It can help with pains your have :) so when you are in labour it can help to ease contractions x

I'm 25 weeks nearly maybe it's too soon for me to be bouncing around haha xx
