Hi girls, need some help please!! My left boob is extremely sore.. To a point where I can't move or touch it! My mam said it could be a blocked duct.. How do I sort it out? Xx

It will be colostrum if they're leaking, your milk doesn't come in until after the birth, You could always ask your midwife to check it over for you? I know mine were so painful in pregnancy xxxx
I'm not sure, my boobs are leaking but how do I know it's colostrum? Xxx
Have you started to leak colostrum? It could just be your boobs getting ready, mine were very sore all the way up to when my milk came in 4 days after delivery xxx
I had a bath before, and put a warm flannel on but doesn't seemed to have helped xx

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Oh I see! It has only been the left boob that has started today? I am just in so much pain! Xxxx
