@taniacm, I was taking that same gummy like the picture above and my dr.told me to take a different 1 it don't have iron in it.i dont think any of the gummies have iron in it.so I had to go back to the nasty hard pill.

thank you @mookie1. and my iron hasnt been low what was low was my vitamin. and its been hard for me tp take so many pills like the prenatals the vitamin c pills and the antibiotics. so i wanted to get gummy prenatals. @amaperalta03

No they do not have iron. Neither does the target brand. Learned that the hard way. Lol

It doesn't say but my iron level have been fine every time when I thought it would be low because I used to have low iron. you can also drink orange juice every day to receive iron as well as eat certain things.

The pills made me sick but these gummies have been fine for me

double check the gummies some parental gummies do not have enough iron or any iron...

I take 2 Flintstone gummies :)
