17 weeks and having lots of cramping/pressure down in my lower pelvis. Normal or no? Any advice would be great☺️

Not sure if I do just yet(they said if I do, it could take up to 72 hours for symptoms to show) but I am trying to prepare myself in case. To say the least, I am freaking out bad. NEVER AM I EVER GOING OUT TO EAT AGAIN. And yes, I usually check my food before I eat it every single time, but I go here all the time and for once I was too fat and started eating first. After 1 big bite I noticed something was wrong, but still I am nervous.

Did my nails since I'm not going to sleep I guess lol some nights I sleep for 10 hours, some it's like 6 and then I'm tired all day!
