Ever since my doctor checked how dilated I am this afternoon I've been in so much pain!!! 😩😩😩 is this normal?

unfortunately  😥 I've been checked twice for early contractions and I'm only 34 weeks, you may spot a little too.  you should be less sore in the next few days but if it persists it'll probably be accompanied  (hopefully!) by signs of labor at your stage.  hang in there momma, you got this!
