Ok so I've been having painful contractions every hour on the hour. Pretty scared bc my first was an induction so idk…

keep timing them. when or if they get 5 min apart you should head in.

oh and try to relax. . tensing up only makes it worse.

@wiccanmommy, I've been timing them but what I'm asking is should I wait until they are closer together before I start calling my husband and mother

how far away is your hubby from you? how far toy the hospital?

time them. mine lasted 30-70 seconds each and it wrapped around my entire stomach and back. by the time I got to the hospital they were lasting longer and coming more frequently. after 3 cervix checks my water broke and then the real deal contractions started kicking in. if you feel you need to just be monitored then go in. that's what I did and I'm glad I did because with how far out I lived from the hospital. if my water would've broken or if I would've waited. I wouldn't have made it to the hospital in time. if you have to question whether you need to wait. then you should NOT. a doctor will have no problem monitoring you this close. your baby wouldn't be early term. your baby is full term at this point and I say this because when my son was born he was 39+4. I asked the Doctor Who performed my c section if he would be considered not full term and he himself said "37 weeks to 40 is full term." breathe through the contractions. don't hold your breath. I'd go ahead and call who you need to call and go to the hospital. you never know how swiftly your Labor will go. Xayden is my first child and my Labor with him was only 4 hours.

@wiccanmommy, at @xbbycolletto thank you ladies. he's only 10 min out and the hospital is closet but now they are about 6 minutes apart so we are going to head that way. after I brush my teeth and tame my hair lol
