My husband wants to take me on a date tomorrow and this will require leaving my 10 week old baby boy with his grandparents. I know I'll have to pump while I'm away but I don't want to have to do it every 2 hours. will my supply be okay considering it's only 1 day. well not even a whole day just a couple hours?

how long is a couple hours.. I personally would still pump but it probably won't make a huge difference in supply.

Like maybe 6. I'm still going to pump but I don't want to have to do it every 2 hours. @wiccanmommy

I think that would be fine.. at 10 months old your supply should be well established.

oh I must have read it wrong. sorry. I would pump before you become engorged. engorgment signals the body to not produce as much.

because he is so young you'll want to pump for comfort but your supply will not suffer from one day. if you do it a lot then yes but once will be fine.

Good for you mama! My husband and I have been out once together in 5 months and that was only for like 3 hours! I wish I got use to it when my baby was younger because at 5 months he's never had a bottle 😁

Not sure if I'll be able to do it 😢 but I know with me heading back into nursing school come fall he needs to learn to take a bottle. @sev1226
