HELP ME
I've gotten this terrible habit of eating when I'm bored, stressed or sad.. I'm starving ALL the time! I can't even tell when I'm ACTUALLY hungry. Tips?
I've been drinking 60-80 oz of water a day and haven't been snacking at all, I used to snack all the time as well. I really do believe the water helps! Pintrest has lots of ideas for cute snacks that out healthy you can prepare ahead of time and go to when hungry
Water, water, and more water! I used to snack all the time till I started drinking more water. It really helps! But also healthy snacks like the others said. Peanut butter on ritz crackers is one of my favorites. I find that a couple of those and I'm good. But really the water has been a huge help! I carry water with me everywhere!
