Hard to say. It's possible, but since you're sick your body will adjust your milk and give it an extra boost of awesomeness (love my technical term? Lol) and your baby will get special milk that will try fighting away the sickness you have. Continue to nurse baby. Just remember to wash your hands and sanitize them frequently.
if you are sick chances are baby already got what you have whether or not baby gets sick depends on the child & sickness. it is strongly advised to continue breastfeeding while sick because of the antibodies. basically the breastmilk passes all that you have protecting yourself to your baby to help their immune system strengthen.

If he or she is gonna get sick, they would have already been exposed. But breastfeeding is always good! Even if you are sick.

They more than likely won't get sick simply because of the antibodies in your milk.

@peanuts1mom, baby would not get sick. The milk adjusts to suit and the antibodies takes care and protect baby. Isn't our body amazing? #ebfmom
