Having so much trouble breastfeeding after leaving the hospital 😤 I have a cracked/bleeding nipple and it looks like the other one is getting there😢 I've looked up videos on how to properly breastfeed and I honestly think my breasts are just too big for her. Any advice?

Large breast shouldn't be a problem...are your breast on the softer side? My lactation consultant advised holding the breast an inch or so behind the nipple to form a better shape for baby to latch on to for those with larger breast. Tbh when it comes to breastfeeding I wish I had smaller boobs, I feel like it would make thing so much easier! :(

Shields I use it! At least try because my nipples got better also u should rub the milk on your nipples n let them air dry
If you have wic they offer free lactation consultants, the same thing happened to me and I ended up being taught how to use a shield and only rarely have problems with him latching
Contact lactation. They will help you until it's right.
Your latch probably needs to be fixed. Use coconut oil in between feedings.
Had the same issue. Turns out my nipples are big & top of it my sons tongue is tied
call your local lactation consultant. some do home visits they can help show you what to do.
