reading the comments I can't believe people are upset about this , some people are actually saying "if you can't afford to save up then Dont have a baby" OKKKK no matter how much you save up what if something unexpected happen that drains your saving ? wait have people even thought about the bills you still have to pay those Dont stop because your on leave. I support this and I wish others would too.
