Ladies I need advice ASAP

For my birthday I went to spa castle thinking there was normal pools there to relax and just chill there were only Warm pools with heaters in them and truth is they were all pools but heated I told my friends here at work and they freaked out and said your not suppose to get in a hot tub but they were heated pools i pulled up Google and freaked out about all the bad things that can happen to your baby when exposing it to jacuzzis or hot tubs :((( please help someone in terrified

they say you aren't supposed to, but honestly, I don't think anyone stays in them long enough to raise their body temperature anyways lol.before i got pregnant, I got 1 hour time slots at the hot springs here and only stay in 30 minutes max cause I start feeling hot lol... I'm sure baby is just fine!(:

I got in a jacuzzi when I was 2 1/2 months away from giving birth & my son is completely normal & healthy. There was a sign by the Sauna that said not to go inside if pregnant so I didn't.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday…

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
