Good morning mommies,

I was just wondering if anyone has a good eating plan? What do you eat in the morning.. I'm usually busy in the mornings so I don't have time to eat a meal... I'd there a good granola bar or protein bar you can eat? How about snaks throughout the day? I'm good at dieting.. but while pregnant I don't.. just wanted to see if any of you have a good suggestion... Thank you Ladies!!

I eat Strawberry Yoplait yogurt with slices of strawberries, bananas, green grapes, and sprinkle chia seeds on top and a little granola. (I still haven't found my favorite kind yet.) But anyways it is soooo good and fills me up. I also have a bottle of water.

No problem! I love coming up with meal ideas so if some of them don't work for you, just message me. I help my fiancé come of with meals all of the time and he has to have gluten/dairy free meals. (Which is fine)

I'm big on fruit though. I'm a fruit addict. So the snacks are probably not best for everyone. Sorry!

I make a bunch of oatmeal on the weekends and freeze it in a muffin Pan and then reheat throughout the week... Add some pecans, almonds, and raisins, and YUM!!! I also like snack of apples and cheese. And bananas are always good. I also always keep a bag of trail mix in my purse!!!

I only have the option of fruit or yogurt for breakfast. and anything else I eat the nausea makes me vomit so I'm at a constant pre preg weight at close to seven months now.

pure protein is a good protein bar! I eat pretty good/clean before and during my pregnancy. I keep apple banana strawberries string cheese as options throughout the day. yes fruit has sugar but it's natural sugars which are 100x better then all the processed crap. lunch I try to eat something with ground turkey or chicken. whether it's a sandwich or mixed with brown rice and veggies. making sure u snack on healthy choices every two-three hours has worked best for me for many years. if you wanna talk more feel free to message me!

In my job i don't get a lunch Break and could work 9 hours straight just off snacks in between clients processing, this has really helped me.
