I have a questions about bumpers.... I know they say the regular ones are bad to have for a baby (I had them myself and my son had them, however he didn't move and smoosh his face up against them) my question is (actually it's 2) will the breathable bumpers offer enough cushion in case my daughter inches her way up and protect her soft spot against the crib bars (that was the reason for regular bumpers in my sons crib, he would get the top of his head against the bars and I was worried about his soft spot)? also do they come with color around the top? I would like to find purple or pink if possible to match my daughters room/bedding..... please no bashing about using regular crib bumpers
Think we got ours at target too. Ours are cream colored, but when I was in that section yesterday I think I saw pink and purple too! @sarahdrew
they aren't super padded like the regular bumpers but they do have some padding in them, mine are grey as well but they have other colors!
target website shall be getting a visit from me lol thank you ladies @jamielynn07 @katarama @kelseys
@katarama, where did you find them that have the padding?
the ones we're registered for still have padding but they're made of mesh rather than just pure thick cotton. and they come in a ton of colors and designs!
@jamielynn07, where did you get it? is it just a neutral color?
Maybe the brand i have is thicker but I think they provide some cushion
I got one and they are still semi thick and soft I think. they are pricey for fun colors but I really like the one I got and think it's worth it! and it doesn't have a million ties like the other bumpers
ok thank you @kelseys I guess I need to research more lol
there is no cushion in the breathable bumpers. its basically a net so that arms or legs don't go thru the bars

I need help ladies... I don't feel my sons crib is safe anymore... he's moving a lot... he's pulling bumpers, sticking his legs and feet over the bumpers and through the bars(he would do that bumper or no bumper so i don't want to hear how they're unsafe) ... rolling a lot and on his tummy a lot... but I don't want him sleeping with me every night...

Anyone else use these? I absolutely love them! I was afraid of the blanket unwrapping in his crib, now I don't have worry about that! :)
do u mommy's think a crib bumper is necessary for a newborn
i know theres a debate in whether children need them in cribs at all
but i mean come on i dont think an infant is going to get their hands or feet caught in the bars
i want to buy one but i dont know if its necessary
My husband takes his cousin girlfriend to work. Should I be worried about the FEMALE coming on to my husband?

How do you guys feel about bumper pads in cribs? Yay or nay? My mother in law bought us the whole crib set I wanted and now I feel like I want to take back the bumper set which came separately after reading about them being a hazard.
thank you @mommagotbump16
