start using evening prim rose oil tablets. take 2 orally in the am and insert 3 vaginally at night (wear a pad the oil stains) it softens your cervix. wait until you're at least 37-38 weeks. I used it for a week and had my daughter

I induced my labor at 40 weeks 1 day with my 3rd child and when I was 8cm dilated her heart dropped 👎🏽🙅🏽 never again !

I will be looking into but I'll wait till I'm 38 weeks tho

I'm not too sure but the doc said it was possible I just wouldn't try it again because of my experience

@tattooedmami, how did you induce your own labor? the evening prim rose oil just softens the cervix which your body does naturally but it also helps soften the skin so you have less of a chance of tearing. my ob suggested that I use it with my third (my cervix was really thick and had scar tissue from tearing with my second)

I mixed castor oil with orange juice around 7pm contractions started at 3something am and my princess was born at 6:30am @happilymarriedmommaoffour

I used castor oil with my second she had 2 bowel movements inutero and another right after she was born. the castor oil caused it. worst decision ever. I didn't have her until 2 weeks later. luckily she didn't inhale any of it on the way out. I tell everyone to stay away from it. @tattooedmami

I don't recommend anything a baby will come out when he or she is ready if not when the docs decide is time @happilymarriedmommaoffour
